Dr. John Donlan
Born and raised in Peoria, Dr. John is thrilled to be serving the community in his hometown. He went to Bergan High School and attended Marquette University for his undergraduate degree. Dr. John received his doctorate degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Illinois, Chicago in 1993 and has enjoyed practicing dentistry ever since. He is the former president of the Peoria District Dental Society, as well as a current member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and American Dental Association. He is also on the Central Illinois Orofacial Anomalies Team, a program affiliated with Easter Seals. He focuses on esthetic dentistry, oral rehabilitation cases, cleft palate, and cancer prosthetics.
In his spare time, Dr. John likes to golf, play hockey, and run. He has two daughters, Dr. Kate Shadid and Dr. Allie Donlan and a Labrador Sophie.
Dr. Nicole Sudholt
Dr. Nicole Sudholt (formerly Wroblewski) is excited to be caring for patients in her hometown community. Born and raised in Peoria, she feels extremely fortunate to be back home. Dr. Nicole is a graduate of Richwoods High School and attended Eastern Illinois University for her undergraduate degree, graduating Cum Laude in 2006 earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She continued on to Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine where she earned her doctoral degree (D.M.D) in 2010, graduating Cum Laude and in the top 10 of her class. She is involved in organized dentistry through the Peoria District Dental Society, currently serving as Past President, the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, International Team for Implantology study club member and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Nicole resides in Dunlap with her husband, Dr. Eric Sudholt, their two children, Nolan and Nora and Irish Doodle Penny. Dr. Nicole enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. Whether it’s boating at Oak Run, swimming, working out or shopping, Dr. Nicole likes to have a good time.
Dr. Eric Sudholt
Dr. Eric Sudholt is a native of the St. Louis metro area. He grew up in Belleville, Illinois, where he attended St. Teresa Grade School and Althoff Catholic High School. Dr. Sudholt did his undergraduate studies at The University of Missouri earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2006, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
He earned his D.M.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2010, graduating Magna Cum Laude and second in his class. Dr. Sudholt splits his work week at his practice in Eureka, IL, Eureka Family Dental. Dr. Sudholt is a former President of the Peoria District Dental Society. He is also a member of the Illinois State Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, International Team for Implantology study club member and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Eric resides in Dunlap with his wife, Dr. Nicole, their two children, Nolan and Nora and Irish Doodle Penny. In his free time you'll find Eric with family at Oak Run, tinkering on his Bronco and doing work around his yard.
Dr. Kate Shadid
As a Peoria native, Dr. Kate Shadid (formerly Donlan) is excited to be back in her hometown to provide dental care alongside her dad, Dr. John in the practice. Dr. Kate is a graduate of Peoria Notre Dame High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bradley University. She went on to earn her Doctorate degree (DMD) from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry. Dr. Kate is a member of the Peoria District Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Illinois State Dental Society.
Outside of the office, Kate enjoys reading, spending time with her husband, Luke and daughter, Eve, and going for walks with their dog, Jerry.
